Refund requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled game time are generally not eligible for a refund, as preparations for your specific session—including room setup, staffing, and resources—have already been made. We recommend that you review your booking carefully and notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you are unable to attend your booked escape room session, we offer the possibility to reschedule your game time once without any penalty, provided the request is made at least 3 days before your original booking. Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the session may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated depending on availability.
